Hi friends! How are you doing today? Thank you so much for stopping by this blog post. I have recently started watercoloring, thanks to the amazing Debby Hughes and her sharing her talent via YouTube. I stamped the floral images from Summer Flowers stamp set on a piece of Arches Cold Pressed watercolor paper using Versafine Onyx black ink and clear embossed it while the ink was wet.
Using my Gansai Tambi watercolors, I colored all the images in. I took a side folding white card base which was A7 sized and adhered a 1/8th of an inch smaller fog cardstock panel to create a base. For the background, I took a panel of Arches cold pressed watercolor paper and created a soft wash and trimmed it down to 4.5 inches by 6.5 inches. I fussy cut all the images and placed them on the soft wash panel such that it appears very 3-dimensional.
I added some Studio Katia crystal clear confetti to finish it off.
I hope you liked the card. Thank you so much for stopping by to read this post.
Have a lovely day!
