Hello Friends! Hope everyone is having a great day!

Use More Than One Stamp
We are showcasing Honey Bee Stamps products this week. You don’t have to use them to join in but if you have some we would love to see them used.
Since I don’t have any stamp sets from Honey Bee Stamps at the moment, I went for Altenew for this week’s challenge. For this card I used the Stamp Sets, Happy Heart, Adore You and Blooming Bouquet. Stamping and coloring is the usual go to but I wanted to step out of my comfort zone and try something different. Very often I see beautifully deckled watercolored pieces when I am looking for inspiration, so I thought of recreating that look and used these stamp sets to achieve that.
For my card base, instead of a regular cardstock, I went with a heavy weight vellum and some ivory cardstock from Simon says stamp. For this challenge I made a set of cards. One with the base tone pink, one with shades of blue and green and the last one on Ivory Cardstock from Simon Says Stamp.
I started with taking two panels 300 gsm 100% cotton cold pressed watercolor paper and did some loose watercoloring using my Mijello Mission Gold Watercolors. Then I scored each panel so that it was about 3.75 inches wide and 5 inches in length. Instead of cutting the panels with a trimmer, I folding the scored lines back and forth and gave the watercolor paper some deckled tearing. I did the same with the ivory cardstock, just that I didn’t watercolor on it, since I was going to use some brown tone dye ink.
I created three top folding A2 sized vellum cards. I stamped the images and sentiments on the deckled panels using Versamark Watermark Ink Pad and heat embossed using Gold Embossing Powder on pink watercolor panel and blue-green watercolored panel. And for the ivory cardstock, I went with a brownish tone dye ink. With some masking in place, I was able to build my floral panels. I used my Faber Castell Polychromos here and there to add touches to the florals and the sentiments.
I added some twine towards the bottom to add to the rustic feel of the whole panel.
I adhered the three panels on the three card bases I made using vellum and kraft cardstock. One the insides, I added smaller sized regular cardstock, which were hidden under the top panel so that I had space to write my messages. I embellished the panels with some Peony and Rainforest sequins from Simon Says Stamp.
To complete the sets, I made vellum envelopes.
That’s all for this set of cards.
So now it’s YOUR turn. Happy Crafting!
