Hello Friends! Hope everyone is having a great day!
Please join me in this week’s challenge at the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge .
We are showcasing Memory Box products this week. You don’t have to use them to join in but if you have some we would love to see them used.
I started by taking a a 4.25 inch by 5.5 inch panel of fog cardstock from Simon Says Stamp and stamped the Rebecca Lace background stamp using Fog dye ink from Simon Says Stamp. Then I took the Pennington Rose Corner Craft Die and dry embossed it on a 100% cotton cold pressed watercolor paper panel. Using my Daniel Smith watercolors, I watercolored the flowers. I die cut another piece of Watercolor paper using the same die and watercolored the stems and leaves on it. I repeated the same process again.
I took some vellum and heat embossed the sentiment using White Embossing powder and stitched it onto the fog colored panel. I cut out the roses and placed them under the die cut roses. So, I got watercolored roses with white embossed lines on top. I placed the die cuts diagonally on the panels and added some twine in bow shape for some interest.
I added some 6 mm and 4 mm gold sequins to finish the card off. That’s all for this card. I hope you liked the card I made.
So now it’s YOUR turn. Happy Crafting!
You have until Wed 8 a.m. Ohio time, 1 p.m. UK time and 2 p.m. CET to join in.
New creations only, please don’t link projects published before to start of the challenge.
