Hello Friends! Hope everyone is having a great day!
Please join me in this week’s challenge at the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge .
Bling It On
We are showcasing Studio Katia this week. You don’t have to use them to join in but if you have some we would love to see them used.
Here is my card for the inspiration.
I was really beginning to miss my Polychromos so I used the beautiful Spring Bouquet stamp and stamped it onto a piece of Neenah Desert Storm 100 lb cardstock using some Versamark Watermark Ink pad and heat embossed it in white. I colored the flowers in using my Faber Castell Polychromos.
I took a panel of Bristol smooth cardstock and using Antique Linen distress ink and Stained Glass stencil did some ink blending. Heavier hand on the outside and a lighter hand on the inside. After ink blending, I coated the entire panel with Versamark Watermark Ink pad and heat embossed using WOW Neutral Ultra Shimmer Embossing powder for the bling factor. I trimmed the panel using Wonky Rectangles die and added a piece of vellum in the centre, and fussy cut the floral image and foam mounted it on top of the heat embossed panel.
The sentiment is from the Birthday Greetings stamp set, white heat embossed on Black Cardstock using Versamark Watermark Ink pad. I added some Rose colored twine and Rhubarb Crumble Nuvo Crystal drops to add some interest.
That’s all for this card! I hope you liked it.
So now it’s YOUR turn. Happy Crafting!
