Hello Friends! Hope everyone is having a great day!
Please join me in this week’s challenge at the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge .
Let’s Get Ready For Christmas
We are showcasing Clearly Besotted products this week. You don’t have to use them to join in but if you have some we would love to see them used.
Here is my card for the inspiration.
I love making Christmas cards. My favorite kind, honestly speaking. Initial idea was to make an interactive pop up card with a fireplace scene and stockings hanging on the inside but then I decided to go with this idea. I started by stamping the solid images from Warm Wishes Too in Barely Beige ink on copic friendly paper and did all the no line coloring with my copic markers. I added details with a white gen pen.
I created a shaker panel using Neenah Desert Storm 100 lb cardstock, and embossed the front panel using Christmas Sweater patterned embossing folder. I heat embossed Season’s Greetings from Circle Sayings Holiday release on acetate using Versamark Watermark Ink pad and White Embossing powder.
I fussy cut the images and placed everything on the an A2 sized top folding cardbase made from Neenah Solar White Classic Crest 110 lb cardstock. I stamped the sentiment from Say It’s Christmas stamp set onto a piece of Schoolhouse Red cardstock using Versamark watermark ink and heat embossed it in white.
I added an additional sentiment on the inner panel. I used Frozen Fractals sequins for the shaker panel.
So now it’s YOUR turn. Happy Crafting!
You have until Wed 8 a.m. Ohio time, 1 p.m. UK time and 2 p.m. CET to join in.
