WOW! Embossing Powder + Pink and Main Collaboration Blog Hop – Heat Embossing on an Acetate Shaker Panel

Hi friends! I am so excited and honored to be a part of this blog hop collaboration between WOW Embossing and Pink and Main. When two companies that make spectacular products come together, you have endless opportunities to get creative.

The winners from this hop will be announced on 22nd October on both WOW! Embossing Powder blog and Pink and Main blog. The winner will receive a $25 gift certificate to Pink and Main store and 6 powders and 1 carry case from WOW! Embossing Powder store.

If you have been hopping along with us, you are reaching this post from Andrea’s blog.

Here are the details of the card I made. I used Thinking of You Always stamp set and heat embossed the stamps using WOW Embossing Ink and WOW Opaque Bright Super Fine Embossing Powder on a piece of acetate.

I created an oval window using oval nesting dies and Neenah Desert Storm 100 lb cardstock and stamped the leaves and flowers from the same stamp set onto the panel using WOW Embossing ink for a watermark effect.

On a panel of bristol smooth paper, I ink blended Tattered Rose, Picked Raspberry and Seedless Preserves distress oxides. I made a shaker panel with the heat embossed acetate, ink blended panel and desert storm panel. I added some twine and heat embossed Always on a black cardstock using WOW Embossing Ink and Opaque Bright White Super Fine embossing powder.

I placed the entire panel on a side folding A2 sized card base made from Neenah Solar White Classic Crest 110 lb cardstock.

That is all for this card. I hope you liked the card I made and thank you so much for stopping by!

Next stop on the blog hop is the very talented designer, Dana!
