I am sharing the link to the You Are Loved Gallery here so that you can not only view the most amazing projects linked to this release for some amazing inspiration but also upload all of your projects on it.

If you have been hopping with us, you have reached this post from the very talented Gayatri Murali‘s blog. You can find the entire hop order on the Simon Says Stamp blog.

I had the opportunity to work with a variety of products from this release, and I made four cards for today’s blog hop. Keep on reading till the end for additional blog hop details and giveaway.

For my first card today, I used the Damask Background stamp with hearts from the Ornate Love stamp set and coordinating dies. To start, I stamped the Damask background stamp onto a piece of white cardstock using Fog Dye ink. I trimmed an additional panel of pale rose cardstock and scored it diagonally to give it a quilted look.

I adhered the Damask panel to the score cardstock and trimmed the entire panel to be 4.25 inches wide and 5.5 inches long. The points where the two cardstocks met, I added some Glossy Eggshell pearl embellishments.

For the sentiment, I rubbed some Twirling Tutu ink pad on white cardstock and cut a heart out using the biggest heart shaped die cut from the Ornate Love stamp set, I stamped the sentiment, which is from the Love Messages stamp set onto it and heat embossed in white. I added additional hearts, again stamped from Ornate Love stamp set and die cut using Twirling Tutu dye ink and Pale Blush ink and die cut using the coordinating dies.

I mounted all the elements on a white A2 sized top folding card base and added some iridescent sequins and white Nuvo drops for some additional interest.

For my second card, I used the Ornate Love background stamp and stamped the word Love three times using pastel aqua, pink and purple cardstock and Maliblue, Hollyhock and Hot Mama dye inks from Simon Says Stamp.

For the background, I did some dry embossing using the Large Dots stencil from Simon Says Stamp. The sentiment was stamped and gold heat embossed on a strip of vellum.

I foam mounted all the elements on a top folding A2 sized fog cardstock.

For my third card, I went bright. I used Magnolia, Doll Pink and Twirling Tutu dye inks for this one. I took a panel of fog cardstock and die cut a heart using the biggest heart shaped die from the Ornate Love stamp set and coordinating dies.

I used the Cosmic Shimmer paste and mixed the dye inks with it and using the All My Heart stencil and palette knife applied the shimmer paste onto the panel. I wanted to create a pink ombré.

After the panel was done, I left it to dry. I white heat embossed the sentiment, which is from Love Messages stamp set onto a piece of acetate and ink blended the same inks for the background. I placed the background and acetate such that it lines up against the embossed panel.

I foam mounted all the elements on a top folding white card base measuring 4.25 inches by 4.25 inches. That finished off my card.

For my fourth and the final card, I went with Pantone Color of the Year, Coral. I placed the All My Heart stencil against some white cardstock and carefully ink blended the hearts out using two different colors. The bigger ones in Teeny Bikini and the smaller ones in Cotton Candy dye inks from Simon Says Stamp.

Using the deco heart die I die cut the outline using some white cardstock and ink blended the same inks on it. I die cut ‘Thinking of You’ using the Thinking of You wafer die and some white cardstock four times and stacked then together to get some dimension.

I added some white gel pen details and glossy accents to the stenciled hearts. I foam mounted all the elements on a scalloped card base made from Neenah Desert Storm 100 lb card base and added some twine to complete the card.

Thank you so much for stopping by to read this post. I hope you enjoyed reading about my cards as much as I enjoyed making them. Which was your favorite amongst the four? I personally liked the first one (Damask background) and the third one (glitter paste).
