Hello Friends! Hope everyone is having a great day!
Please join me in this week’s challenge at the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge . This week the challenge is
Create A Scene
We are showcasing Honey Bee Stamps products this week. You don’t have to use them to join in but if you have some we would love to see them used.
The lovely folks over at Simon Says Stamp are generously giving away a FABULOUS $50 voucher to shop at the Simon Says Stamp Store! All you have to do is take out your crafty supplies, make something following this week’s prompt, and add a link in the Inlinkz at the bottom of this post! You can join 5 times so you could have 5 chances to win! How AWESOME is that!! All winners are chosen randomly, so everyone has an equal chance to win! Woo Hoo!! Good Luck to everyone! The Design Team is looking forward to seeing your crafty makes and will pop around to visit you ASAP!
Here is my card for the inspiration.
I used Happy Fall Y’all for this card. To start, I stamped all the images on a piece of copic friendly cardstock using SSS Intense Black ink and colored them in using my copic markers. For the background sky, I used darker shades than normal (Blueprint Sketch and Tumbled Glass) and did some ink blending on a white cardstock splattering some ink in the end.
For the grass I used the Grassy Edges die and die cut the grass using white cardstock ink blended with some Mowed Lawn and Twisted Citron. The clouds were die cut using white cardstock and Puffy Clouds dies. I heat embossed the sentiment from the Big Greetings stamp set using clear embossing ink and white embossing powder. I framed the entire scene using the Wonky Rectangles die.
So now it’s YOUR turn. Happy Crafting!
You have until Wed 8 a.m. Ohio time, 1 p.m. UK time and 2 p.m. CET to join in.
New creations only, please don’t link projects published before to start of the challenge.
Do you use Instagram ? If so please add #ssswchallenge to your challenge entry uploads so we can see them on there too !
